Mark has over 20 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions advisory services. Mark’s domestic and international advisory experience spans a broad range of industries, including passenger transportation, ag equipment, food & beverage, business services, healthcare and financial services.

Mark has advised on over 225 buy-side and sell-side transactions exceeding $2.5 Billion in value, for privately-owned, middle market businesses, as well as publicly traded companies.

Prior to starting Grenadier Park, Mark worked at Alluence Capital Advisors and BMO Capital Markets, where he was focused on M&A advisory mandates across multiple industries.
